That’s how it all began…

About us

The hummingbird, our emblem, inspires us to adapt, grow, and thrive.

Like the hummingbird, we are made to soar high in a competitive environment and find our way to success.

Legend has it that within each member of EO LAC BRIDGE, there lives a hummingbird…

It’s not visible at first glance, but if you watch closely, you’ll notice theagility with which we move between ideas and the speed with which we make decisions that transform the world.

Just like the hummingbird, we fly in all directions, gracefully adapting to the currents of change. We know when to move forward, when to retreat, and when to reinvent ourselves to keep pace with the market.

We carry its boundless energy within us, constantly nourishing ourselves with new knowledge, experiences, and relationships, and we adapt to different environments, changing the color of our feathers to shine in any circumstance.

However, when necessary, we enter a state of conservation, strategically managing our resources to prepare for the next great flight.

Rooted in the potential of the hummingbird’s region, we recognize the value of Latin America, a fertile ground for entrepreneurship. With great vision, we dive deep into market niches with our extendable tongues, extracting the nectar from every opportunity.

Like the hummingbird that remembers each flower visited, we learn from every experience, using the accumulated knowledge to chart new paths with agility.

Just as the hummingbird strengthens each flower by carrying its pollen, EO LAC BRIDGE members leave a mark by nurturing and transforming our surroundings, driving a stronger and more prosperous ecosystem and generating a cycle of mutual growth that enriches businesses, people, and communities.

our origin

2015:

Driven by George Gan (EO Malaysia and member of the then MyEO Asia Bridge Forum), Antonio Reséndiz (EO Querétaro) takes on the challenge of uniting members from various chapters in the Latin American region to form the MyEO Latin Bridge Forum (LBF).

Thanks to Antonio’s vision and commitment, LBF begins its development with events in wonderful cities such as San Juan, Cartagena, Galápagos, San José, Mexico City…

2019:

With the support of Jamil Atallah (EO Bogotá and Regional Governance Chair), Iván Navarro (EO El Salvador and then President of LBF) begins the process to formalize its constitution as a formal chapter duly affiliated with the Entrepreneur’s Organization.

2020:

LAC Bridge Chapter officially emerges, growing from 8 active members in 2019 to 75 in 2023, hailing from 19 countries and 25 chapters across Europe and Latin America.
