For five days, we will experience a unique journey in Panama, combining learning, culture, nature, and the essence of EO LAC Bridge. Each day is designed to deepen forum work, strengthen connections, and explore the best of this vibrant country.

📅 Day 1 – January 21

We begin with the Board Meeting and the official event registration. In the evening, we kick off with a Welcome Dinner to reconnect, engage, and set the energy for our gathering.

🌞 Day 2 – January 22

We start with a wellness session in the hotel gym, followed by a Traditional LAC Bridge Forum. After lunch, we’ll enjoy learning experiences with guest speakers and a special activity at Villa Ana. We’ll end the day with an exclusive dinner at the same venue.

🌿 Day 3 – January 23

We begin with meditation and breakfast, followed by Mashup Forum sessions and a special activity for SLPs: a VIP Tour of the Panama Canal. The afternoon includes cultural activities, a visit to the Biomuseo Garden, and a dinner inside the venue.

🌆 Day 4 – January 24

We start the day with a wellness session and breakfast. Then we continue with more Mashup Forums and a special activity in Panama Viejo for SLPs. In the afternoon, you’ll have free time, and in the evening we’ll enjoy a social activity in Casco Antiguo, followed by a closing event at Tantalo.

Panama City

In January, Panama City has warm, tropical weather typical of the dry season. Temperatures range from 24°C to 32°C, with sunny days, moderate humidity, and warm breezes.

It is one of the most pleasant months of the year, with very low chances of rain—perfect for outdoor activities, tours, and city explorations.

Humidity ranges between 65% and 75%, and although most days are clear, there may be moments of light cloudiness.

Light clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, staying well hydrated, and bringing a light jacket for air-conditioned indoor spaces.
